Construction Fence, GI, PPGI & Roofing Materials FAQ

Our standard MOQ is one 20-foot container — roughly 200-500 panels depending on specs. For first-time buyers, we can sometimes accommodate smaller trial orders. Just ask and we'll work something out. For steel coils, the typical MOQ is about 25-28 tons per container.

We accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment or against copy of BL, plus irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular customers we've built trust with, we're flexible — different markets have different norms and we adapt.

Production is usually 15-25 days after we receive your deposit. Sea freight to major ports takes another 10-30 days depending on where your port is. We'll give you a realistic timeline before you order, not an optimistic one you'll be chasing us about later.

Standard export packing: anti-rust paper wrap, plastic film, outer metal sheet on the circumference, secured on wooden pallets with steel straps. If your port has rough handling or you need extra protection, tell us — we can reinforce the packing.

Yes, we ship FCL/LCL to pretty much every major port worldwide — we've sent containers to Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, and South America. We can recommend freight forwarders we've worked with, or use your nominated forwarder. All export docs (commercial invoice, packing list, BL, certificate of origin) are included.

Yes. We manufacture to GB/T, ASTM, JIS, and EN standards and have export experience to GCC countries. Our galvanizing meets the corrosion resistance requirements for hot and humid climates. We'll provide the test certificates and documentation your customs authority needs — just tell us which standards apply to your project.

For coastal or high-humidity environments, go with Z180-Z275 g/m². For regular outdoor construction, Z90-Z120 is usually enough. The higher the zinc weight, the longer the rust protection lasts. If you're not sure, tell us about your project location and we'll recommend the right spec.

GI (galvanized) has a zinc coating and a metallic silver look — use it for structural parts or anything hidden from view. PPGI (prepainted GI) adds a paint layer on top of the zinc, so you get color options and better weather resistance. Pick GI for purlins and framing; pick PPGI for roofing and wall panels that people will actually see.

Yes, we can ship product samples by DHL, FedEx, or similar international courier. Sample cost depends on the product and quantity. If you proceed with a bulk order later, we usually deduct the sample cost from your first invoice.

We provide a written warranty covering manufacturing defects. Stone-coated metal roofing typically lasts 30-50 years in normal conditions. Realistically, how long it lasts also depends on installation quality and your local weather — we're happy to share installation guidelines to make sure you get the full lifespan.

Come visit. We're at 111 Guangrao Development Zone, Dongying, Shandong, China, and our factory floor is open to buyers. We also welcome third-party inspections (SGS, BV, TÜV — whichever you prefer). If you can't travel, we'll do a live video walkthrough of the production line during your order run. A trading company can't offer that.

Our products comply with Chinese GB/T standards: GB/T 12755 for construction fence, GB/T 2518 for GI coil, and GB/T 12754 for PPGI coil. We can manufacture to ASTM, JIS, and EN standards and provide mill test certificates (MTC) with every shipment. If your project requires specific certs, mention them in your inquiry.

Yes. We can print your brand on labels, packaging, and even stamp your logo on fence panels (depending on order volume). Many of our long-term clients started with OEM orders. Tell us what you need — we'll figure out the logistics.

We produce several thousand tons of coated steel coils and tens of thousands of fence panels per year. For large-volume projects, we can reserve production capacity with a confirmed order and deposit. If your quantity is unusually large, we'll give you an honest lead time rather than over-promising.
